I have a saturn with bucket seats and a while back I had our roundabout installed by a tech and a cop (who I assume was also a tech as he really seemed to know his stuff) at a BRU seat check. They took it out to remove our seat protector (woops!) and re-installed it ff using a pool noodle to support the back end of the base.
When I posted in response to someone on another board to someone asking if they could use a noodle to install, several people posted that you cannot use a noodle under a ff seat...only rf.
Is that true?
Was my ds less than as safe as he could have been for 6+ months because of a mis-informed install?
I *just* took it out a couple days ago to install our second Radian for him as he's getting close to the top slots in the roundabout.
I am going to be a bit grumpy if we were put in a potentially dangerous situation by uninformed techs.
