Has any one els had trouble with the CA FFing

when I tighten it it goes to a certain point and then I wont go any further.
I dont get it I cant pinch a fold but I can bring the harness a good 2" forward off of her.
I called them and theyare sending me a new one.

Nope. Have you looked at it uninstalled to see if you can see what happens? It sounds to me like the harness is getting caught on something. But, if they are sending you a new seat it sounds like the problem is solved and you got some good customer service!

Yeah I looked at it unistalled I dont see any thing that I would know about and it only seems to happen when It is FFing.

Yup I was very pleased with the good service, I even got to pick a different cover. I should have it in a week and then I have to send this one to them she said they usually do it the other way around.

I am really just wondering if any one els has had any problem like this with it.

I wonder if the straps are getting caught in the latch strap or seatbelt path when installed ffing? I know I had an issue moving the headrest down when it was ffing, and then looked and it was because the seatbelt the seat was installed with was in the way. I had to put dd in it ffing for a quick emergency trip after she peed all over her MR, which is when I had the issue.
