for one kid from birth to booster.... What would you get?

It's ok to assume you buy everything on sale and you can even spend less if you want to.

Are our kids average sized?

For my kids who are tall and skinny. Id go with a Safety first Onboard for a bucket then the TFP rf to the limit which will be close to 5 for my kids then access their maturity and weight and decide if they need to forward face in the harness for a awhile or go straight to a probooster

Knowing what I know now? I would find another 100.00 and buy a swedish seat.. Something to Rf to 55lbs. I think some of them turn forward facing.. But if not then a Frontier 85... So I guess I need about 700.00

Your kids don't have to be average but you can assume that everything in your budget will work in your car.

Would it help if shipping was always free even from Sweden?

I  that fantasy!

Really only $400. I need more than that lol.

If I have another baby I want a carrot cake or key lime CCO. We would RF in that until we maxed it and them move to a Cowmoo spawn of the Radian and Marathon . :D Once baby maxes that RF we would move to a Cowmoo Frontier.

Lord I have no clue...I'd want a coccoro from birth till it was outgrown...then a Myride but I'm already up to $300...So maybe by the time I have a child the myride will be better forward facing and then I could buy a cowmoo parkway if I found it on sale

or maybe I could have long torso babies that fit in the smart seat at birth and then I'd just buy that

I am going to be weird here and say:

Snugride 32, Complete Air, and then parkway SG. Should come out right at $400.

I'd probably plan on spending ~$100 for an infant seat, ~$200 for a convertible, and ~$100 for a booster. The particular seats I would buy would just depend on what I could find a good price on at the time. (Plus, if I get a $150 infant seat and sell it for $50 later, does that count as spending $100?)

If I had to buy one of each right now, I'd probably do a (front-adjust) Snugride22 for the infant seat ($90 @Albeebaby), a boulevard70 for the convertible ($220 @babycatalog.com), and a parkway for the booster ($80 @babycatalog.com).

MyRide RFing to the limits, Nautilus FFing harnessed and then booster, Literider for carpooling after age 7-8, and I'd have a little left over.
