Question Radian XTSL in a Ford Explorer Sport

This site was recommended to me on BabyCenter when I posted a car seat question there.

My situation is: My son (22 months) currently rides RF in a Britax Boulevard (Classic 35#/65#). I weighed him yesterday, and he is within 1# of reaching the RF limit. He is still alright by height, but we're now very close on weight.

I would like to keep him RF longer, and was recommended the Radian XTSL, but I can't find any information as to if it will successfully install in my vehicle. I drive a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport (2-door/4 passenger).

Does anyone have any information about this seat with this type of vehicle? Will it work, or do I just need to flip him FF?

Thanks for the links Wendy. I browsed through them and couldn't find any that were for my specific type of car, but thanks for trying.

I have a couple of questions out on other websites, so maybe someone will come up an answer; if not, I guess we'll flip him forward.

I don't have experience with your particular model BUT I do have both a 98 and an 04 Explorer and the Radian installs beautifully in both.
