Question cleaning a complete air?

A friends DD just pucked in her complete air we had just installed last week. The directions are minimumal. Can you take the cover off the wings? I can't for the life of me get the plastic clips off near the hips. I have dealt with them on other sorely seats. What's the trick?

I think that is a poor design. Puke could be very gross and hard to clean off that part while connected to the shell.

Anyone have advice on getting the plastic strap holders off? They aren't going out at all. It says they should.

I don't take them off, I ust work the cover over top of them. Take the cover off the top and bottom. Use one hand to pull the cover at the top of the plastic covers and the other to very gently work it over. Don't attempt if you are frustrated or in a hurry.

The wings can only be spot cleaned :(

ETA-To put the cover back on, it's easiest IMO to put it over the top and bottom of the seat. Using your nail, work the cover back over the plastic. Seems to work best it the harness is tightened all the way at whatever hip side you are working on.

You may need a butter knife to pry that plastic clip to the side to get it out, that is what I always had to do. You do it from the underside not the top.
