Ok, the GN headrest & insert. Does the lowest setting of the headrest line up with the lowest slots?

I'm not a tech and its pouring rain so i'm not going out to check! but on my GN I do know the head rest is always a good bit above the straps (otherwise on the lower setting it's covering the straps) It always looks little funny when he outgrows a setting and goes to the next the head rest always looks so high up until he grows into it.

the very middle (which is kind of like a point) is usually just above the slots... the sides are a bit further above.
