How much do you think I could get for a plain Marthon cover?

The cover on my Marathon is plain, and I really don't like it. I never really like the color which is kind of a Sage green. I don't remember the exact name. Basically, we had to rush to replace the carseat when we bought a new car, so I had to hurry and buy a seat at Target, so I didn't get a color choice. (Too bad Target didn't have the Greystone last summer).

Anyway, I've been wanting a 2nd cover for months and had been searching online for a good deal on a new one..I never did find one so I broke down and bought the Crocodile direct from Britax for $60. Wouldn't you know that the next day someone post here about Marathon covers being $35 at OneStepAhead?! I used to order stuff from them all the time, and I've never seen them sell britax covers....

So, I was thinking since it was a good deal, I'd get the New Blues cotton cover since summer is approaching. But, I cannot justify having 3 covers for 1 seat. So, I was wondering, with all the *cute* Marathon covers out there...do you think that my sage green one would even sell? I don't really want to make money, I just want to break even with the new blue one I want to buy.

Also, I was going to list it on Craig's list. But I'm not sure what to list it for. I just sold a Roundabout cover on there for $25. I thought that was fair, but after the response I got, I realized I should have asked for more.

That's less plain than you think it is, lots of people like it. It's either Arcadia or Acadia Grass, it was a Target exclusive... you should be able to get 40 or 50 bucks for it, at least, if it's in good shape

Oh yes, 50 would likely be fine. That is one of my favorite Marathon covers. If I had a Marathon, or had the heart (and skill) to turn a MA cover into a BV cover, I'd buy it from you.

Oh! I LOVE that cover! I can't justify spending money on a second cover however, I've gone nearly 3 years with just one. Mine is a boring Stormy cover, now that is plain.

I just sold a MicroDot Tan RA cover on ebay. Went for $44 plus shipping!
