It's the prospect, but I've never played with one so I have no experience with it. They do look kind of weird.

The backless portion is nice and roomy. The highback is nothing special - 40# weight limit, lowish slots, and I've heard it's a PITB to install.

It needs a vehicle headrest and the belt path is right behind the armrest, no good.

Absolute BEAR to install. I don't find many seats/vehicles to be completely incompatible, but I've had 2 instances with that seat.

:yeahthat: biggest PITB ever in my opinion. The parents I was teaching install ended up finally finding compatibility in Grandpa's car, rather than returning it (which was my personal choice after trying to install the thing). Once the girl outgrew it by hooster was so badly fitting on her that even they noticed and ended up chunking it.

It's not a great seat. It is however the only wide option for a booster on the market. If you need a wide booster for wide backsides, that's basically your only option.

FTR, I am speaking from experience, my brother's rear is too wide for anything else, frontier included.

I have a really old pic of that seat in my photobucket, someone on the old babycenter board bought it for her son but it was just all around awkward. It pushed his head forward and he didnt like it, and the arm rests are weird too and are almost at his shoulders  The eddie bauer one was called The Cubb at some point

it's the prospect... we expected it to be comfy... it looks like it should be... it is not... short top slots, headrest is bad... horrid highback booster fit... has a history of being a beast to install in harnessed mode.

the only thing good about it was in backless mode... nice and wide and those rotating armrests and cupholders... fantastic for older or chunky riders... it was sold backless only as a walmart exclusive for awhile.

the prospect is almost completely discontinued... I would find out the DOM before considering it... and I'd only buy it for use as a backless.
