Question for child with severe OI

I asked what vehicle, but haven't gotten an answer yet. I found a pic of their van. Looks like it has a seat in the middle row.

She RFs a lot, but has a belly clip. Harness seems tight.

Ok, what about a Radian or CA, RF at 45 degrees? Both have low sides, to accommodate the legs; both have decent leg room; both have narrow straps and so mom could make a parental decision to use without chest clip if straps are positioned correctly that way and daughter if more comfortable. Pillows or rolled blankets could be used after the harness is done up for support as necessary.
