Britax cover cleaning

We all know the directions say no machine washing but some of us me included make the decision to wash on gentle cycle. My question is now for drying could you put it on air dry(no heat) in the dryer?

I put the bottom part of the cover in the dryer on low or air. I haven't even put the cushioned part that goes over the headwings in the dryer (or the washer). I just spot clean that. It doesn't get as dirty.

Um... I've washed 10 different covers about 50 times on regular cycles and regular/high heat in the dryer.... lol. They did just fine every time! I did it once in a pinch (kid peed) and was prepared to ruin the cover and have to replace it but it washed and dried perfectly ....

They actually air dry amazingly fast! I'd throw one on a chair and it was dry in maybe 3 hours. 100% overnight... it absolutely won't take 2 days. In FL they take all of an hour to dry out on the porch.

All of mine have been plush. I'd think the cotton/denim ones will take longer but the plush will dry instantly if it was machine washed and went through a spin.

We wash ours in a front loader on delicate and I always do a extra spin cycle to get all the water out. When I take them out they have basically no water in them at all. I hang to dry and they dry pretty fast. I think the extra spin cycle is what does it.

I washed our Blvd cover today. It dried in a couple hours hanging in the sun on a rack outside. I turned it inside out, more or less. White side up. They really don't hold much water. (The cover is Onyx, I think.)

I wash all of my covers (not just Britax) on the hand wash cycle of my FL and dry in the dryer on low. I have not had any problems with any of my covers.
