It's finals week, and I don't have time 
A new consignment store opened in my moms town, and they're selling used seats (big surprise). She wants to take them information as to why this is not recommended (go mom!), and I told her I'd help her find some, but I'm a little short on time lol. I did tell her to mention liability, but if anyone has anything she can print out and take them as to why this is a very bad idea that would be wonderful. Am I remembering right that it's Goodwill's policy not to accept/sell car seats too? Thanks so much guys!
