The families I work for are too good to me.

And definitely feed my car seat addiction. For some reason they never want to sell seats they are done with. They just give them to me. I thought I scored when I was home over Spring Break with the Regent and Frontier. Well, now I am back at school and a family I work for here has just finished with their TWE! I have offered it to S's family since they have been looking for a spare seat for her and I know will probably end up buying a used one :)rolleyes:). But if they don't need it, I am going to have one!

what luck! i need a friend like that lol.

Seriously tho, while i might use a foreign seat for my own child, i would be VERY hesitant to use it for someone elses :twocents:

Yeah, I most likely won't end up actually using it. Most of the kiddos I watch are FFing and S still has some time in the Scenera since I put it a little more upright. If she outgrows it before I go home for the summer I can always snag their BV to give her enough support FFing. It will just be cool to have!

It is about 5 years old, anyways. Do these have the same expiration rules? I am friends with someone who speaks and reads Swedish fluently, so I am going to make him read me the manual.

I don't know what the expiration is (you'd probably want to ask Adventuredad), but what about putting the TWE in your car and giving them the scenera?

Never even thought of that. I can see if they would want to. They turned the TWE down saying they, "Didn't want to take a seat from me," but maybe I can convince them to. Or maybe I could post it on Craigslist and e-mail them the link.

Swedish seats don't have an actual expiry but it is recommended that you not use them longer than ten years.
