Radian in an 06' Explorer?

I had a Radian and an '06 Explorer. It's a pretty good fit RF. Mine was behind the passenger seat with enough room for me. DH is big guy at 6'4" and could not drive in front of it, though. In the middle, it was a little more reclined than I wanted it, but definitely did not interfere with the front seats. It is difficult (but not impossible) to tether RF. The seat tracks don't work, so I had to find the bracket that the seatbelt was attached to. I also had the SL slipping problem.

It is completely incompatible FF in my vehicle. It would get tight side to side, but the base would slip forward.

I have it ff behind passenger and it does not budge, it won't go ffing in the middle as the cars seat bubbles up a bit towards the drivers side.

Hm. I wonder what the difference is. My middle seat doesn't bubble at all. It's really flat.

This is one of those times when I wish I still had it so I could play with it some more. I know I tried everything, though, and no matter what I did, it would slip.
