hopefully a quick question??

I haven't drove my car since I got my frontier's. I am trying to instal with seat belt, in the middle of my cavalier, because that is my only top tether point, for my three year old. We are currently in the middle of moving, and my owner's manual is packed, in a storage unit. I can't get it tight through the short belt path, and am trying to do it through the long belt path, but never have before can somebody tell me how to. I think I have it right, but I just need a further understanding on how this works. TIA

I am not familiar with installing the frontier with the long belt path, but hopefully someone here might be able to help.

Do you have a lap only belt or a lap/shoulder belt in the middle?

Saying you only have a tether anchor in the middle makes me think you probably have a lap only belt in the middle. In which case, you cannot do a long belt path install.
