Question Who should go where? In what?

I'm new here and this is my first post! I love reading the forums and hopefully someone can help me! I drive a 2005 envoy xl: 3 seats in the second row, 2 latch, 3 top tethers and 2 seats in the third row, no latch or tethers. It's also my understanding that tethers can not be added back there. Anyway, I have three kids.

4yo, 40lbs currently riding in a graco nauti (harnessed) in the second row behind the driver.

3yo, 28lbs currently rf in a comfortsport in the third row

infant, 11ish lbs currently riding in a snugride (22lb model) in the third row passenger side.

Ideally, I would like to put the two older kids in the third row, both in GNs, but there aren't any tethers back there. Then, the baby would be in a true fit (which I've already ordered) rf in the middle row, drivers side. I may keep the 3yo rfing in her current position in the tf until the baby outgrows his infant seat. Would the older kids be safe without tethering their seats? Can anyone help me sort this out? I want them to be safe and comfortable! Thanks!

The three year old fits in a CS by height? They have more than 1" of hard shell above their head when rear facing in the seat?? My 18 month old, who is by no means anywhere near large, has outgrown the CS by height rear facing.

I'd put the baby in the third row and the two older kids in the middle row. Or get seats that are not Nautiluses and do three across. Maybe two Evenflo Maestros and a True Fit? I would work very hard to tether the older kids.

Her shoulders hit right above the middle slots and there's more than an inch above her head. She is too big for it for my comfort which is why I want to get her in another seat asap. But technically, she has not out grown it. She is so tiny though.
