I posted the other day and no responded. I have never bought a Carseat on-line, so I need some advice. Who has the best return policy? Who price matches? Who has 1st time buyer coupons/dealers?

Diapers.com. I ordered a car seat from them and it was very easy to return it. They emailed me a free shipping label and I just had to return it within 30days. I was quickly refunded too.

I also had a return with diapers.com. They sent me a returned Seat that was missing all original packaging and protective coverings. I complained so they scheduled a replacement and a pick up with UPS and I didn't even need a label.

When the seat was part of the dorel recall they emailed me telling me my seat was part of the recall and to contact dorel ASAP.

They have great CS.

Just looking for this info myself - thanks! I understand the diapers.com is now owned by Amazon. With a coupon, diapers.com has the best price for the seat I am considering.:thumbsup:

Not trying to hijack your thread Stefanie, but thought you might want these answers too. :)

Anyone done a price match on diapers.com lately? I've heard they aren't doing it anymore?! Also, can you stack discounts with them? Like the 15% off new customer discount and a seat that's 'on sale'?

I've always been able to stack coupons.
Last time I did price match was a few months ago at least. That would make me sad if they stopped.
