Thanks to a lot of reading on here, I tried installing my girls' Radians a little more upright.
My husband wasn't able to drive with how it was originally.
I saw some tips in a thread and tried them out.
Well, it worked!!! :)
My husband can drive again and both of my girls, who are 3 years 2 months, and 16 months, can continue to ride rear facing!
I've learned so much about installing just from reading here, so once again thank you!

Yes, it does feel good.
It makes me so angry when people say their kids are too tall to rear face.
My 3 year old is around 41 inches and has very long legs.
She doesn't complain at all.
Someone on my Facebook is actually angry that this could become law.
Se said her 18 month olds legs are too long. *insert eye roll*
her child is smaller than my 16 month old.
I quickly typed up a lengthy response with stats and let her know that both my girls are rear facing and will remain that way until they are 4 at least if the Radian weight limit and height allows.
I'll probably keep them that way until the full limit though.
