So I just found out that a local hospital is giving out "keepsake head cushions" 
Blue for boys and pink for girls to be used in car seats, swings, strollers, etc. I saw a couple of them at church yesterday and asked the ladies about them (and told them that you shouldn't use aftermarket products in car seats) One protective dad listened (yay!) but for the most part I was given the "Well my doctor said I should and I would rather listen to him" spiel.
The worst part is that I live in a tiny town in the corner of Wyoming, so it could be any hospital within a 2+ hour 3 state radius that's doing it! :thumbsdown:
