Because it doesn't want to cooperate.

I uninstalled remy's straps on his regent the other day so I could move his straps up.

Normally I can get it back in my car within 5 minutes. Unless of course I forget to hook up the tether and have to uninstall it so I can get to the tether strap. This time it took closer to 20 minutes because the seatbelt wasn't going right.

I know what you mean, I just got an almost expired evenflo on my way to practice infant installs with and I so want to just throw it. The damn thing won't go to a proper recline and if I get it close than it is barely on the seat. I hate it.

Yep... I've had that seat for 5+ years now, and some days it's a gem, and some days it's a tantrummy uncooperative beast....sigh....

Do not jinx me. I mean it.

I'm uninstalling Leila's Husky to remove the cover & switch for a Cougar (*HAPPY DANCE*)

I will blame you if I have trouble reinstalling it

I take breaks if I get stressed/claustrophobic feeling from the tightness of the space....I also tell myself that I can do it over and over and perhaps take a break to post a message for some cheerleader/technical support!

Tell me about it...

Last night one of the shoulder straps on DS#1's Husky came off the splitter plate in Carabba's parking lot at 9:30pm...

At least DH was with me, some how he can snake his arm behind it while it's installed to put it back on the splitter plate.
