The only time I used them was for Leila's 1/2 sister's 4th birthday -- I started in the center of the ceiling & took them out like an asterisk/star/sunrays.... I also used them to make a streamer curtain in her doorway: behind which the room was FILLED with balloons :) (the center of the ceiling also had a bunch of balloons).

Yes yes yes the streamer curtain. Very cute! ;)

And what about, um, how do you describe this....
Two strips, each a different color, hold the ends together, then alternately fold over one another ??? Make any sense at all? Then once all folded on top of each other, grab the ends and gently pull apart.

I don't know what the heck you call that. But it isn't exactly just *twisting*

You could go crazy with Tiff's idea of starting in the center and going out in a starburst kind of pattern. Just LOADS of the stuff in the center, then go out maybe not even all the way to the edge of the room..maybe a few feet or so ?? Then let long ends hand down, close to the floor...or even half way..kind of making a streamer curtain in the center.

Any help? LOL

That's all I've got to offer *shrug*

Decorating is not my forte.

My only tip is: Do not, I repeat, do NOT under any circumstances get them wet. They are not anything close to colorfast. Ask me how I know this
