Have you ordered a seat online & then not liked it and had to return??

I'm getting ready to order a Boulevard b/c there is no where nearby to buy & I'm afraid we arent going to like it ...its taken me months to convinve DH that its worth $300.

Each online retailer has different return policies. You need to check what theirs is. I like to call and talk with a real person.

Allbee Baby charges a 25 dollar restocking fee, I think.

I got my blvd at bru and while it was more then an online retailer you have the option of returning it with no fees or charges.

Order from BRU or Target.com that way you don't have to pay restocking and shipping fees.

And always, always write down the day and time you called that person's full name, ID number, and direct extension (and save it). Goes for any customer service/phone conversation you may have. It will save you a huge headache/nightmare if the person gave the wrong info or the issue isn't resolved and you need to call back. This information gives you more power if you need to go up the power chain as well.
