Question Car suggestions: Peg Perego SIP Car Seat

Hi, we have the peg perego viaggio SIP car seat for our little guy, currently in our 99 4 door Honda civic. We are looking into getting a bit bigger of a car (not a van or SUV though) as the seat takes up so much room in the civic that the passenger seat has to be pulled quite a ways forward and is not very comfortable for whoever is sitting there. Just wondering if there are any early 2000's cars out there that are really any bigger in the back seat. I'm talking the intermediate size, ie anyone using an accord or that size of car? At this point we haven't had a chance to pack the car seat into any other cars to test for ourselves.

Thanks for any input!
