Replace boosters after minor accident?

We have three Turbo Boosters in our van. They were all unoccupied tonight (thank goodness) when I was going about 10 mph and a lady pulled out from a stop sign and t-boned me. She hit the van square in the middle, causing significant damage to the sliding door and front passenger door, along with the I frame (the part where both doors latch on to when shut).

Do I need to replace all three boosters, even though at best, they were just jolted to one side?

Thanks. :)

I hope you're ok!

Graco requires replacement after any collision. In addition, your crash doesn't meet NHTSA of a minor collision. There is damage to the door closest to at least some of the seats.

Her insurance will replace them, she's at fault.

How old an heavy are your kids?

Well, technically none of the seats were near that door, but I see what you're saying. DH was in the passenger front seat, and his door was impacted the most, but even he was fine (I was surprised). We have two bench seats, and the second row is off to the left, not centered up or towards the right, as I am sure most that have seen vans would understand what I'm trying to say, lol. The TB in the third row was on the drivers side of the van.

I have two 8 y/o's and a 6 y/o. 8 y/o's are 60 lbs, 6 y/o is just over 50 lbs.

Graco says replace after any crash. Her insurance company has to pay.

How do the 8y fit? Could they use a taller booster or do they have room to grow?

They were not buckled in, no. I know we should, but we don't. :/

The 8 y/o's fit okay (fine on the lower part, the edge of the seat perfectly hits the insides of their knees). They're getting close to being grown out of the high back part, though. For fun, I tried one of them in a booster when it was backless, and the belt hit them where it should (when I say for fun, we just did it one day when outside and in the van, we didn't go anywhere).

I know her insurance should pay, but I am anticipating a fight. It was clearly her fault, she isn't even denying it, but being they will be totaling out my van most likely.. I just have this feeling the adjuster will be low balling me on the van, and I'm afraid to add in, "Hey, we need three new boosters as well." I'd rather just pay for them out of whatever we get for the van. I'll ask about the seats, but if the adjuster resists, then I'm just going to stick to negotiating for the van.

This is the van post-wreck (forgive the rain being highlighted by the flash): http://img571.imageshack.us/i/18471620017265334591610.jpg/

Anyway, I'll replace all three either way. Are there seats that have a higher back than TBs? I am sure there are, just not sure where to look for a comparison chart or something.
