Watching a 6 and 9 year old

I will be watching two girls after school ages 6 and 9. I haven't got their stats yet but would a harness or a booster be better for a 6 year old...I know it would either be a booster or just a seatbelt for the 9 year old (given she passes the 5 step test in my car).

Oh and I have no headrest in my back seat if that matters

If you have no headrests you will have to find a very tall HBB for the 9yr old. She has to have something behind her head.

As for the 6yr old, she should be fine in an HBB.

Ok Thats what I figured...i'm really just wanting to buy a HWH seat just because I want one around :) I might buy a nautilus just because I want one:whistle:

And I remember the first years compass being really tall in class...I mean I almost fit in it and i'm 5'2" Is this correct

The Compass is not one of the taller boosters. My not-very-tall, newly-9yo is on the top height setting.

The Parkway is taller.

And to clarify, the Compass actually has a tall shell/body. The belt guides aren't that tall, though.

Oh that makes since...I'm going to ask mom how tall she is and her weight tommorow...I will be picking both up from school everyday so I wanna make sure they are safe.

So probably the parkway for 9 year old and maybe at turbo booster for the 6 year old...I'd really like to have a combination seat as my nephew and niece are coming in the summer...ages 3 and 6 and my brother is clueless about car safety and I know she is in an alpha omega that is more than likely recalled. Ok enough of my rambling I just know that the nautlius doesn't make a very good booster for most kids...and i don't have 200 dollars for a frontier.

The Nautilus actually makes a good booster for many kids above ~45 pounds. It's not great for the littles, though.

Ok for that would be good I guess...I don't have any littles i'd be using it for...I will use it as a harnessed seat for my niece and use the parkway for my nephew...ok i'm all set I think...now to wait on a really good sale for a nautilus
