Kobain's Mommy

So tonight I got the CA into my mom's car and moved the MR to my dad's truck. I was pleasantly surprise I've got 16 more months with our MA that I took out of my dad's truck. I thought it expired this year, but it was made 6/06. That is now going to be our backup seat since it's so easy to install in most cars.

Anyways, I'm just not happy with the MR in my dad's truck. It was to wide to be in my mom's car because of those cup holders. If I had to sit in the back seat I had to sit sideways just to shut the door. The CA fits much better. I figured the truck is wider so it'll fit. Well it does fit but I don't know. I am seriously thinking of selling the MR and getting another CA for my dad's truck. I know the CA will fit my dad's truck perfectly since DH has the same truck and when we tried the CA at BRU we had my dad's truck with us. I guess I could put the MA back in the truck and use the MR as a backup, but my biggest issue with that is most likely the back up seat will be used in my friend's Pilot. She's already got a LBB drivers outboard, SR22 center, and then trying to fit the MR over the SR22, I just don't see that happening.

I want to love the MR I really do and it would be nice to have something for bubs if I really got sick of the bucket with it. I know if we keep my car there is no way it will fit outboard RFing. I don't know if I should sell it. Or just keep it for now since DS rarely rides with my dad. My dad thinks I should put the MA back in since it's closest to expiring and if he'd get in an accident that would be what the insurance would be replacing.

DH truck- 97 Ram; Dad's truck 98 Ram; My car 05 Neon; Mom's car 03 PT Cruiser if that helps in any way.

Yay for 16 months on the MA!

If it helps any, I'm almost positive the MR fits on the pass seat of the Pilot without needing to puzzle. The passenger seat is really wide. (ETA: My measurement is 21" from seat cushion split to door -- use the seatbelt if you need it scooted over more than you can w/LATCH.)

just come to grips with it... Kobain is a Complete Air baby... he and that seat were meant for each other in every vehicle you've been with so far.
