I know most people are more ept to complain about bad customer service. I thought it might be nice to give kudos to some excellent customer service for a change.
I purchased the Chaperone travel system in Cowmoo last year. I've had no major issues with it up until recently (the carseat has been put away for a while, I might add) when the crotch strap for the stroller ripped at one seam, damaging the fabric. The design of the stroller is such that I couldn't pull the cover off and repair it in a satisfactory manner due to the one hand fold. So, I called Britax.
Technically, my warranty should be up. But, Britax being Britax and me having a number of their seats, they sent me out an entire stroller, brand new, free of charge. I was very impressed and today has been an excellent day when I opened the door to see the new stroller box waiting for me. Yes, its a simple thing, but its always nice NOT to have to fight for a change! :thumbsup:
