Also there is a new MUST in the manual for the 40RF one. The old seat allowed recline foot to be up or down for FF. The new one states the foot MUST be in the upright position. So recline is no longer allowed for FF.

Also you can not use the outer most crotch buckle position for RF. This wasn't prohibited on older model.

As to height limit for RF unlike the OnBoard35 where they state the one inch rule besides their general limit, this one says not to use if the top of the child's head is above the top of the shell. Similar to the CA that has the 40 in limit stated in one spot in the manual and to the top of the head rest in another.
