Question How do I get the headrest off my Nautilus for shipping?

It does come off. I got mine off. Flip it on it's front so you see the back of the seat. Pull the headrest out as far as you can get it. Then there are these grey rectangular pieces that if you lift them, you will see a hole on one side (the side facing the bottom of the seat) and if you stick something in that hole like a small enough diameter ball point pen, it will hold those pieces up and then you can pull the headrest out. I asked this question just a couple weeks ago and Graco actually sent one poster instructions to get it off and I believe they said you only need to put something in one of the holes. I Macgyvered mine with a butter knife and a spoon because my pens wouldn't fit in the holes. :ROTFLMAO: But you risk damaging the seat or yourself doing it that way.

Sorry, the description sucks since I don't have the seat in front of me and thus am going by memory and I can't get pics.

I just had to take my headrest off to replace it with a new one. Its tough at first but there are instructions in the manual also.
