shes still to small for it in the shoulders :( but she does look comfy!!

im not sure if u can tell the the shoulder straps are a little too far set apart so its off her shoulder a bit so when she sleeps and leans over more the opposite shoulder is out of the harness :(

You're already done with the Shuttle? That True Fit is cute. The baby is adorable! Boy, the crotch strap is sure short on her. And I see what you mean about the shoulders. Are her shoulders narrow? I haven't heard of a problem with this before, not to say I just don't remember.:)

im still using the shuttle until her CCO gets here..its just too much of a pain to harness her in and she dosnt fit in it right either..uggg

and i have heard a few people complain about the TF's fit in the shoulder on noobs..shes normal i think haha

yea I only now feel that the true fit harness width fits ok on Nolan, maybe for the past 6 months or so lol it has oddly wide set straps for sure

Awww... such a little peanut! We just got the same seat yesterday. My DD was born 12/10, so 2wks older than yours and she looks like a beast in comparison! She's just 12lbs, but must have a crazy long torso.

I'm not surprised. We got the TF when it first arrived in Canada and DD was 21 months. I was uncomfortable with the shoulder fit on her even at that age as the straps were wideset for the shape of her shoulders. I don't think they fit optimally until almost a year later.

I had the same problem with DS when he was born and he was over 10lbs! He didn't fit well till about 3 months. I removed the strap covers and had the chest clip slightly higher and it helped. He outgrew the shoulder room in his infant seat at a month old so I had to make due. At 1 he is still on the bottom slot (with out the insert) and we still have shoulder issues :( even though he has huge wide shoulders.

I had to take the strap covers off for the first few months as well.

It must depend some on the shape of the child in the seat - I found the straps to be wide-set for my DS as a newborn, but acceptable (barely, if they had been any wider I might have been concerned). Now I have absolutely no worries about their fit on him, though he's all torso and fairly broad.
