Any fully reclinable double joggers?

The Phil&Ted E3 main seat reclines flat (you can put the 2nd seat on top for an awake child) for infants (it's TALL my 2.5 yr old sleeps in it flat too).

I understand the new sport model has a "nap" recline for both seats this year, ours doesn't have that option.

My Baby Jogger City Series Double 2007 has independent reclining seats that go *pretty* flat, but not completely flat.

A baby under 6mths should never be jogged with, so by then you wouldn't necessarily need a complete recline.

The Baby Jogger also has a one handed very fast easy recline unlike other joggers in it's price range.

I'm not a jogger, but I like to go on (flat) hikes (slowly). DH and I go on more adventerous hikes on the weekend, but we each have a child in a wrap. I'm just looking for something I can use during the week to take both kids on walks. All these trails are gravel and flat, and I have just been using DD1's Combi stroller but the gravel is hard on those teeny wheels.

How much money are you wanting to spend? Are you wanting a front swivel wheel?

The Dreamer Design seats recline independently. They don't fully recline to horizontal, but they recline enough (about a 45-deg. angle) that sleeping is not a problem.[/url]

I had a Dreamer Ditto (1999 or 2000 model) for a while, and I thought the seats got a lot closer to flat than that.

Well I would try to find something used on CL if at all possible, but I'd like to keep it under $200. I know that's not really reasonable, though, when it comes to strollers! I don't know whether I need a swivel front wheel or not. I would think I could get away without one since I don't plan on doing any slalom strollering ;)

I looked at a Safari? tonight that had a swivel wheel and deep recline (enough for my 13# 6 mos old) and it was only $150.
