Radian harness height??

I was looking at E in her seat and notice where the harness is. Does it need to be moved up? BTW hows the chest clip?

The strap on the rt is pushed in to her neck because of the way she was sitting for the picture.

The chest clip is fine.

I'm assuming she's rear facing? In which case no, not at all. The straps need to be at or below her shoulders rear facing.
