I ordered from them for the first time last night. I bought six of the Kidglo portable night lights since they were 50% off retail and the kids all have birthdays coming up in the next several months. I didn't realize I did not have a billing address stored so when I went to check out, it used the shipping address (I was using my work address). I received an error message saying that the billing address did not match the one on file for that credit card. It took me two more tries to figure out how to add the billing address (hey, it was nearly midnight when I was ordering and I was tired!). Well, apparently it didn't matter that the billing address did not match because when I went online to my bank's web site so I could transfer money from our savings account to our checking so my DH could go buy his tires today, I noticed that Totsy ended up charging my debit card 3 times for that one purchase!!! I am so pissed! Even though it says "processing" and hasn't actually gone through, it still has reduced my total checking account balance by an extra $178!
I got on their web site to get a phone number and then was irritated even more that they don't have a phone number to contact them, just an e-mail address! I did e-mail them, but I am just chapped that there is no phone number. I just hope they have some good customer service and respond to my e-mail promptly.
Anyway, if anyone has ordered from them, did everything go okay?
