WalMart Clearances

Yesterday I noticed my store has their Sceneras on for $50. I assume it's to make room for the new ones coming. We're a small store and our clearances don't always reflect sales at other stores, but it may be worth checking out if anyone needs one.

We had some Sceneras as well as Turbos for $50, but I'm pretty sure they are all gone now.

I'm in SK and there was a whole schwack of the $50 Sceneras on Wednesday at one of our stores. They were 35lb rf....I assume the new ones will be 40lb rf? Will the ff limit go up at all?

Actually they rear-face and forward-face to 39.6 lbs  Apparently they went with 18 kg.

Here, our sceneras are on sale also. There are quite a few left. And I actually just bought one of the new Sceneras as a possible travel seat. Not sure if I am keeping it yet. I must say they are a little more padded and the covers are quite nice!

Anyone know, is the shell and/or harness height any taller on the new ones? Higher weight limits unfortunately don't take my tall skinny girls very far, without more height :(

As far as I know the shell is still the same size. There was talk for a while that they might be making them taller, or taller top slots or something, but I don't think we've seen anything like that yet.

I saw some Safety First Sceneras at Wal-Mart today that came with a new girls pattern and a newborn headrest. Didn't see any boys, but it's a bit of a mess while renovating. The Cosco Sceneras were on sale.

My Wal-Mart didn't have them on sale as of Tuesday but the display model had a DOM of Jan 2011.

Those are likely the new models then. That is the DOM of my newer style Scenera. Maybe they are sold out of the older model so there are none to put on sale.:shrug-shoulders:
