I went to an auto show today w/ dh & the kids. DD wanted to buckle herself into EVERY car lol. I took a lot of pictures and while looking through them I noticed her sitting buckled into the middle seat of a Toyota Highlander and the belt fit is surprisingly good for a 4 year old w/o a booster! (not that anyone older than 4 could fit their butt in that middle seat... but that's beside the point lol) It got me thinking, if your car had a funky little seat like that and your child passed the 5 step test at, say, 5, 6 or 7 but you lived in a state with an "under 9 or 4'9" booster law, would you let him/her ride w/o a booster in that seat if the belt fit?
Oh and by the way... the 2011 Odyssey..... there are no words.
