Backless Booster

If a 6/7 year old out grew a high back booster that has 21 inch belt guides would you be some what OK with them in a backless at that age?
Considering the only other high back that is taller is the Frontier right now and that is out of price rang. This would be for a child that is not mine and I a not sure how much I will have her but she already uses a backless with mom and everyone else at the age of 5 and 70 lbs?
I perfer to use a highback to age 9/10 or when they outgrow the back. The booster is a Vivo.
There is no options for the harness thing as there is no place to install a heavy duty TA in my truck.

yes, it would be fine... I HAD to when Damian was 6.5yrs old... then again when he was 7... and then he was 4'9 &100lbs and passed the 5-step test at 8... he's just off the charts.

Jeffrey had to go backless at 7... but then we got the Monterey.

Ruthie is the only one of my kids to not have this issue... because even though she had the longest torso until she was almost 6, all her new height in the past year has been in her legs... she has 3-4 good inches left in the Vivo... and since she's once again rarely in her dad's car, I'm fine with her going backless in there when she outgrows the Big Kid... but so far, she still has a couple inches left... I'm curious to see just how many... and will check her when the weather isn't freezing and there isn't snow all over the ground.

Thanks that makes up my mind. Dh said I could have one more booster and thought about the Cosco Pronto since its high but it wont work in my car so I am just going to get another Vivo and be done with it. I have 2 backless for later on.
