I think I figured out the harness issue with my Radian!

The adjustor is not closing all the way!

This morning I buckled the kids in and was checking everywhere for what could be causing the harness to loosen. I had *looked* at the metal adjustor before but never pressed on it to see if it was completely closed. Well guess what?! It wasn't! ON BOTH! So I pushed it all the way down and gave the straps a tug from the back to make sure then was on my way. A few minutes down the road I pulled into a parking lot to check again and the straps were loose! Ughh.

So I called Russ, again, and he is replacing both of my seats.

Though now I am questioning whether or not I will sell them to fund something else.

I have the same issue with one of my Radians. Russ just argues with me about how its "supposed" to work and tells me all kinds of complicated crap to "fix" the situation. He makes me want to toss my Radians in the trash and go buy MultiTechs.

I'm glad he is replacing your seats though!

I have a different problem with mine, I can't get the harness to tighten. I have to uninstall the seat and pull it through the bottom and then it is still difficult. No point in calling them I'm sure since the seat is over a year old. :( I'm glad they are replacing your seat!

Oh man, mine totally do this, but the adjuster will stay closed if I push it closed, I just have to make sure to always push it closed after I adjust it.
