Another Radian Harness Loosening Thread

This morning when I went to take my kids out of the car I noticed a good 2 inches or more of slack. I made sure they were super tight before we left the driveway and even tugged from the back to make sure they were engaged (as Russ told me to). I am not comfortable with that amount of slack and just don't think all of that could be from my kids settling into the seat.

I guess I need to contact SKJP again. Has anyone with this problem had a solution offered? How widespread do we think it is now? I have 2 Radians (XTSL) with this problem.
