ok so the manual on the radian xtsl says
"child is too tall for restraint if tops of the ears are above the back of the restraint or if child is more than 53" (134.5cm") tall. I would assume that is for both rear and forward facing since it does not specify one of the other?
however I have read some people sayiig that the 1" rule still applies when rearfacing.
now I am assuming that you would follow the manfacturers instructions?
