SS1 or OnBoard 35?

Albeebaby has both options for about $110 with free shipping. The new car is a 2007 Expedition with bench seating. Which would you choose given the option?
Thanks,

When was the last SS1 made? I would think you could end up with a pretty old DOM... :shrug-shoulders:

I prefer the fixed hip straps on the Graco seat. And, the straps don't seem as twisty.

But, the OnBoard is nice.

I don't like how the padding under the cover only goes halfway down the back on the Graco seats. The Onboard is nice and flat all the way down.

I do like how the Graco just feels nicer. I like how much leg room the Onboard has. I'm glad I'm not having a baby right now-the choices are too hard.

Although graco still has that seat on the site, it is out of stock at bru. I am almost positive graco discontinued the ss1, for the snugride 32, and now the 35.

Amanda, I would go with the onboard. It also has the 4 pound minimum, and the lockoff on the base.

I think that ss1 has been on albee for at least 2 years, if not 3.
