What can I order from Britax?

I am getting ready to call on Monday about my HUGS, but as I took apart the seat to clean it today I was horrified to see how ick the foam was :eek: Not the EPS foam, but the gray cushion. Can I order a new one, or attempt to clean the one I have?

You can order a new one, but you can also wash yours in the sink or tub.

You can pretty much order any of the replaceable parts, though cover options can sometimes vary.

Yeah, they sell just about all the replaceble parts... foams, harnesses, buckles, lockoffs, covers...if you can break it or grunge it up, they'll sell you a new one (buy everything at once, cuz shipping is *high* from them...foam might be 4 bucks, and 6 to ship, for example, so might as well get it as the same time as the HUGS).

We had to wash it when DS had a pee-pee accident. I just swooshed it in the sink with woolite and cold water and hung it to dry and it came out fine.
