We are rf again!

I got my ds a new Radian 65 so his little sis could have his Triumph. Now he is rf again after being ff for 10 months! I feel great that we did this. :) BTW my husband and I installed the Radian in the driver's side captains chair in our 04 Odyssey with the lower anchors and the tether. After a workout, it is rock solid! For him, the recline is perfect.

are the little boys straps to lose or is that just the way the pic was taken?
they are cute!

They might have been a little loose but he only sat in it for the picture and he was cranky so I did it quickly. :) Don't worry I always tighten them good before taking off! My dh always tells me I'm crushing him (even though I know it doesn't hurt or he would cry)!

Hey, the radian looks great rear facing with a bigger child in it. Looks like it might have more leg room than a marathon. (I have never seen a marathon in person, I am just going by the pictures I have seen.)

I have an 04 ody too. I had my son's radian ff in that seat with seatbelt (he's sitting nicely in a booster there now since I can lock the seatbelt and his radian is in our other vehicle for him.) I have my 19 month old's rfing triumph in the same seat as yours. It works so well there. Looks like my van - only cleaner. lol

You know, I think you're right about that. My tall 21 month-old is RF in a MA, and doesn't have nearly that much leg room. But that's in part because I have the seat very upright so it will fit in my small backseat. I guess there are always tradeoffs.

There is oodles more rearfacing leg room in the Radian compared to the Marathon.

He can completely stretch his legs out in the Radian and can not do that in the Marathon. He is 2 on May 5th, 26lbs, 34in, 13in torso.

And check out my avatar. That is Aiden rearfacing in the Radian (for fun only). He is 5 yrs old, 35lbs, 44in, 16in torso.
