different models of maxi cosi mico?

I just got a maxi cosi mico today. (To sell) I looked up the car seat measurements spreadsheet to see if any info was lacking. The information on the spreadsheet says that the mico has a belt lockoff and a puzzle buckle. My seat is a dom July 2010. It does not have either the puzzle buckle nor a belt lockoff. I have scoured the manual for any mention or instructions for using a lockoff and can find none. It just has a locking clip. Are there different models?

I've never seen a Mico with a lock off but I've only seen Canadian ones. I don't think the most recent one I saw (2010 DOM) had a puzzle buckle. Not sure about older models.

In looking at the submitted data, I only received one submission for that seat, so I used whatever comments they listed.

Some have puzzle buckles, some do not. Just as other Dorel seats have xyz component and others have abc component. Different look, same purpose.

None have lock-offs.

There was a significant recall on Canadian versions.
