Clek convertible in fall

This is from the Clek FB page:

Although individual circumstances result different solutions, please know that Clek encourages you to keep your child in a 5-point harness for as long as possible.

We will be introducing our own convertibl...e seat later this Fall (2011).

Meanwhile, choose a harnessed seat for your child until they safely fit in a booster seat.

Hoping for a good fit with DS3! :)

So FF your child in one of OUR seats until we come out with a RF seat? Just thought that comment was a little offputting. But I am excited to see what they come out with!

Cleck does not currently make any harnessed seats, so no, they are not implying to ff in one of their seats.

If the seat costs as much more than their boosters do, I think it may cost $400. At that price, I hope it rfes to 55 pounds.

that's not how I read it. They're saying don't rush to a booster - even though that's all they currently offer.

I took it to mean... that other seats are inferior and should only be used until theirs comes out... but then I laughed... cause everyone thinks their seat is the best.

However, I'm still not fond of Clek boosters having no/low age limits... I hate reading reviews of people getting the Olli for their 2-3yr old... not much better with Oobr.

I read it to mean they're discouraging moving to a booster too early, even though they do not yet offer a harnessed seat.

I suspect that the blog will have some details on the convertible seat once available..I guess we'll see!

I believe they have a minimum of 4 years and 40 lbs for all the backless and 3 and 34(?) for the Oobr.

Duh, sorry I have no idea where my brain was earlier! I know that they only make boosters. Forget my stupid comment (blush).
