Question Would you buy a seat now that wouldn't be used for 7 more months...

Okay, if it helps, it's the GN at Target for $125 right now. I want one for DS1 to ride in in our second vehicle for when he turns 3 in September. Does that make a difference?

I can't decide if I should get it now or wait for another deal closer to September.

Target regularly puts the graco seats on sale. I bet you can get a deal closer to when you need the seat.

I would wait for the next sale. I only wasted lifespan on a TB because it was a must have cover I assumed was being discontinued (only in stores, it's still available online). With covers I figure odds are in my favor I can always get a new seat to put an old cover on.
But for a seat I think am going to want to use? I'd wait. Something might come out in the next 9 months that makes you think "I want that!"

With that info I think I'd wait. I actually found a GN on clearance at Target last year for $30.

I'd wait... who knows, you might change your mind and end up deciding on a maestro or the same sale may go on or some new seat may catch your eye.

Yeah, at that price I'd totally wait. The time you'd lose on it's overall lifespan is more important, and I totally think you'll be able to find another (maybe even better!) sale closer to when you need it. :thumbsup:
