Another car seat dream...

I had the nerdiest car seat dream ever last night.

My Dad, his GF, DH, and I were at this enormous car dealership. They carried every imaginable vehicle. I noticed a Dale Earnhardt Jr. edition Ford truck. Inside was 2 car seats, a Radian and a ProSport, designed to perfectly match the truck. Then I noticed a sedan of some kind, with 3 seats inside, that matched it perfectly. Then I saw a Mazda5, which I've been lusting after lately. I screamed and ran to it to play. It had 5 car seats in it. The car and seats were electric blue. Over half of the stock came with custom, perfectly matched car seats. Oh, and the salesman was a tech. It was the best dealership ever. I just wish those existed. :)

That's awesome! Sometimes I contemplate taking every seat I own to various dealerships just to play car seat shuffle. But then I'd have to tell DH why I wanted to go to a dealership by myself.

DH already knows we cannot buy any vehicle without trying the Radian in it. He wants a truck we can all safely ride in. When he decides to shop, this will happen. Radian and Shuttle 33 base must install in anything he purchases. :D

LOL I love this board. It's so nice to know other people have carseat dreams.

Last night I had a carseat issue actually interrupt my dream. There was something going on, I had to go somewhere and do something important (this is a recent trend in my dreams LOL) and when I got in the back seat of some guy's car to get a ride, he had a Marathon in there for his son. It was FF, and way too reclined. He'd reclined it because he knew the kid needed head support, but his head was over the top of the carseat.

He asked me what he should do, and I told him the seat needed replaced, and he said "Should we go get a new seat now?" I hesitated, because I had SO much to do, and it was all VERY urgent... and then I said "Yes, let's stop by the store and I'll help you pick one out." :rolleyes:
