Formal introduction

Hi, all! I've been popping in and out for some time now, but I didn't register until this summer. I'm definitely not that person who is the first to introduce themselves at a party, but thought it was probably time. :)

I'm a SHAM living on a farm in the southeast. I have two LOs and a hard-working DH. I've actually been coming here since my oldest was born, trying to learn how to keep everyone safe in the car. You all are a wealth of information, and I look forward to seeing what new things I can learn from the forums and blog each day. Thank you!

Hi, I lurked for a LONG time before I became an active member here - don't worry, you will get sucked further and further in :D

What kind of farm do you guys have? We live on a large cattle ranch and wheat/barley farm in the PNW, and we have a Silverado Crew cab too (just replaced our 2000 with a 2010!)

We have a small herd of cattle, two fat "barn" cats that never leave the back porch and an unruly collie pup that I can't seem to control. :) I grew up on a farm on the Great Plains. We raised cattle, horses, Heelers and wheat.

Happy to meet a fellow agriculturalist!
