Belt getting caught in belt guide of booster?

So I let E ride in her Probooster two times since we got it just to see how she'd do. As she's still such a lightweight it probably won't be used again until she hits 35 lbs

However, I can't seem to pull the belt through the shoulder belt guide. It's like it's stuck on something and super hard to pull (like when you pull it out to wrap the belt around her and buckle). It's like it's hung up on something. I've looked and it's not twisted, there is nothing there. It's kinda folded up in there but that's it. It's similar to trying to tighten a harnessed seat that doesn't have a buttery smooth adjuster. That hard :)

When she unbuckles the belt stays where it was. It doesn't retract in at all.

It's uber annoying to buckle her and there is no way in high heaven she can buckle herself

Is it something with the probooster or is it something with our car?

Is this a problem or just an annoyance?

Yeah, our PB did that, too. It was in the 3rd row, outboard, of my minivan (used by my 8 y/o) and between the tippy-ness and shoulder belt getting stuck in the guide, twisting/bunching, and the fact that that SB stopped retracting, I got fed up. I don't know if it was a "problem" or not safety wise, but it was a problem for ME, so it had to go.

The seatbelt not retracting is a safety issue. If she leans forward and introduces slack into the belt, the seatbelt needs to retract back when she sits back in order not to have all that extra slack in it.

It might not be a problem right now if it's so difficult that she can't lean forward, but as she gets older, bigger, and stronger it may become a problem.
