sunshine kids customer service?

I ordered a new radian last week, received it monday. The cover has some bad stitching issues. I don't have time to return the carseat b/c I need it now. I am so disappointed b/c I heard so many good things about sunshine kids and radians. I messaged sunshine kids thru their website but cannot reply to their reply b/c I keep getting an error message. I asked on their fb page and they gave me another email address which also does not work! I tried calling and got their voicemail. Left a message. I want sunshine kids to send me a new cover and I will return the one w/ the stitching defects once I receive the new one. I don't think that is an unreasonable request considering I just spent close to $300 on a carseat. I am starting to think I should of ordered another britax. With that being said, does anyone have an email address to sunshine kids customer service that works? I want to send pictures to them.

Wow that is a lot. There are radians for 190 and even the xtsl for 219. in some places with discounts. I would be ticked. Their seats are good but from what I can gather here their customer service leaves much to be desired.

I've called them a bunch of times for various reasons and always get right through. Emailing takes a few days before they respond, but that hasnt been an issue either. They have sent me a whole bunch of belly pads b/c mine keep falling apart!

I don't have the 800 number but the local number is 253-859-5700 and I too second talking to Kristen, or Susan, both are pretty quick and efficient.

Yeah, ask for Kristen. I've only had to contact SK twice and I've had her both times. No issues whatsoever.:thumbsup:
