I ordered a new radian last week, received it monday. The cover has some bad stitching issues. I don't have time to return the carseat b/c I need it now. I am so disappointed b/c I heard so many good things about sunshine kids and radians. I messaged sunshine kids thru their website but cannot reply to their reply b/c I keep getting an error message. I asked on their fb page and they gave me another email address which also does not work! I tried calling and got their voicemail. Left a message. I want sunshine kids to send me a new cover and I will return the one w/ the stitching defects once I receive the new one. I don't think that is an unreasonable request considering I just spent close to $300 on a carseat. I am starting to think I should of ordered another britax. With that being said, does anyone have an email address to sunshine kids customer service that works? I want to send pictures to them.
