My friend gave me her daughter's seat since her daughter just moved to a booster (She's one of my BFF's, I know the seat has never been in an accident).

Anyway, I want to get the seat cover off to wash it, it even says machine washable cold, on the gentle cycle, but I can not for the LIFE of me get those arm rests off! Is there something I'm missing?

And is this seat a good one? I'm really just using it until we get the $ to buy him a GN, but the seat he has now (Alpha Omega 3-in-1) seems to hurt him somehow, he screams that it hurts every time I put him in it.

I've never been able to get mine fully off, so I ended up spot washing it when needed. There was pop spilled in mine, trust me I would LOVE to wash mine!

If you google "evenflo generations remove Armrests", it looks like you need to pull a bottom tab towards you so you can release a top tab. I dont have one but there are lots of places online, there may be a YouTube video. I suggest you get a new manual from evenflo.
