I dont know if anyone has posted this yet but I was at BRU today and they had just put out EVenflo's Symphony 65 with E3 technology. 5-40lbs rear-facing and forward facing 20-65lbs I didnt see what pounds the booster mode was.

My little model is 2.5years and is 30lbs. One shows how much left harness height he had.

Wow! Those are some sidewings. I didn't know they were changing it.

I'll have to go check that out some time!

He's a cutie!

It is pretty cool looking, oh and the base is redone. The white around the edges kind of has the feel of leather or vinyl(definitely wipeable). I definitely have this on my list for maybes once I can read the owners manual thouroughly.

how long is the cutie's torso?

methinks it doesn't really offer THAT much harness room for a seat that is supposed to harness so long.

I went to the Waldorf, MD one. I think the headreast can down some more and of course up. I got as many pictures as I could before the people started looking at me funny. I can get more pictures later tomorrow but I wont have my lovely assistant.

The E3 version doesn't even seem to be on the Evenflo website yet. If anyone has access to this seat, can they verify some measurements on it to see if it is the same as the original Evenflo Symphony and the Evenflo Symphony 65 (the 35lb rearfacing version) which appear to be identical except the forward facing weight increase on the 65lb version?

I'll go back today with the good camera and take some pictures of both and the measuring tape, and hand oover the liscense and take out to the van so I can be alone with them what specific pictures would anyone like to see besides side by side, back to back and installed. I dont have my cute model to help so My Buddy(yes the doll from the 1980s) will come along for the ride to help me.

Another difference is it seems to have a new base that sounds sorta like the new Britax seats so thats something new.

The head wings the sides did make stop and notice something was new.

Yes he is one of my little cuties. His cuteness definitely keeps him out of trouble.

It looks narrower than the other Evenflos. Did it seem that way to you?

I havent had any Evenflo convertibles in a while. However compared to the regular Symphony 65 with the 35lb RF limit they looked to be about the same.

The Symphony was on my short list for the baby as it is, with a 40rfing limit, it moves up the list a position. Unless they changed the adjuster.

Did they change the harness adjuster? Please tell me they didn't change the harness adjuster. It is the only adjuster as smooth and easy as the RA used to be except the Recaro, and a Recaro is completely useless to me because a kiddo of mine would not fit for at least a year and I'm skipping the bucket unless DH really wants one.

The adjuster seemed realitively smooth to me.

Ok Im off to take pictures of the original and the new one in another hour with Buddy(hes the size of a 3-6 month old) . Any specific requests on angles?
